Check Out Your New Xero Dashboard & Syft Insights

We’ve got some exciting news! Your Xero dashboard just got a refresh — and it’s now packed with even more useful insights to help you stay on top of your business. This is being rolled out in phases; if you don’t see it yet, you will soon.

New Toolbar

You’ll notice a new toolbar across the top of your Xero screen. It’s designed to make navigation faster and simpler. Everything is still there, just in more logical places.

New Home Page

The updated dashboard, now called the Home page, gives you a clearer picture of your finances at a glance — from cash flow and revenue trends to upcoming invoices. Everything you need is right there when you log in.

You can customise your Home page to suit how you like to see things:

‍

- Click the “Customise” button at the top right.

- Drag and drop the panels to rearrange them.

- Use the “Add widget” or click the “” icon to add or remove items and show only what’s important to you — like bank accounts, invoices, or cash flow charts.

- When you’re happy, just click “Done” to save your layout.

Syft Analytics

Some of you may have noticed a new flashing box at the top of your dashboard page. Xero has recently added Syft Analytics to Xero Comprehensive and Ultimate subscriptions. Syft takes your Xero data and turns it into beautiful, easy-to-understand visuals and reports. This makes it super easy to see how your business is performing. Click the “Access Analytics” to view the graphs of your income, expenditure, margins and more.
